Turner provided design-build services for the renovation and expansion of Terminal 2, Boarding Area D at San Francisco International Airport. The project includes the conversion of the former international terminal into a 640,000 square foot, 14-gate domestic terminal for American Airlines and Virgin America. The scope also includes passenger loading bridges with aircraft support systems, baggage handling systems, mezzanine level access to the existing APM system and mechanical and electrical upgrades. LEED Gold certified.
